We support pupils up to the age of 18 with SEND and SEMH needs, including autism spectrum conditions, communication and interaction difficulties, and learning disabilities, often alongside an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Swallow Grange is based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, offering a small, nurturing school setting with dedicated spaces for learning, therapeutic support and on-site staff.

We review each referral, assess the young person's needs against our provision and carry out a full risk review before confirming a school place. Our team will guide referrers through every step, from initial enquiry to admission.
